EFT is a technique designed to free the emotions that block the flow of life.

This technique is useful in a multitude of situations and can be practiced in individual sessions as well as in group sessions.

When emotions or situations have an impact on us, such as a physical shock, they create a short-circuit in the brain. Because of the complexity of the human being and the special relationship between the brain and the heart, these short-circuits simultaneously affect the way we think and the way we feel.

A kind listener trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine and EFT can detect the moment of the short-circuit and the associated emotion that is blocking it.

There can be many reasons for this, from major traumas to seemingly innocuous events.

The tapping and phrases chosen by the therapist, adapted to the situation and the moment, restore the flow of vital energy, unblock the system, and eliminate the short-circuit.

The conscious or unconscious traumatic memory will be reintegrated by the heart and brain in a process of episodic memory synthesis with the status of “past memory”.

With this method, there’s no need to revive the memory, just work on the symptom to dissolve the blockage.

Cravings that lead to unhealthy eating or overeating without feeling hungry don’t turn up by chance. These disturbances are often at the root of small or large past traumas.

To make lasting changes to your eating habits you need a balanced mind and body.

  • Anger blocks the flow of energy and causes us to stagnate in habitual behavior that we recognize as non-productive but
  • which we don’t know how to change.
  • Fear reduces our energy, and our strength becomes useless, we lose our balance and look for chocolate substitutes at the back of our cupboards.
  • Worries tie up our energy and make us go in circle.
