EFT is a technique for releasing emotions that block the flow of life.

This technique is useful in a variety of situations and can be practiced in individual sessions as well as in group sessions.

 When emotions felt or situations experienced create an impact  on us, such as a physical shock, they create a short circuit in the brain. Because of the complexity of the human being and the privileged relationship between the brain and the heart, these short circuits are simultaneously reflected in the way we think and feel.

A sympathetic ear trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine and EFT can detect the moment of the short circuit and the associated emotion that is blocking it.

There can be many reasons for this; strong traumas but sometimes also seemingly harmless events.

The tapping and phrases chosen by the therapist, adapted to the situation and the moment, restore the flow of vital energy, unblock the system and eliminate the short-circuit.

​The conscious or unconscious traumatic memory will be reintegrated by the heart and the brain in a process of synthesis of the episodic memory with the status of “past memory”.

With this method, there is no need to revive the memory, it is enough to work on the symptom to dissolve the blockage

Impulses and eating behavior

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a technique that I have developed over 25 years of experience and practice in counselling. It represents an original, adapted and effective method, developed over the years to work on impulses and other eating behaviours.​

Come and discover this method in a group, it has already proved its worth. Indeed, during the session, the whole group is in resonance with the individual and thus, the results are beneficial for all. It also works powerfully in individual sessions of course. 

Impulses to eat poorly or too much, or to eat all the time without being hungry, do not come about by chance. Disorders are often at the origin of small or large traumas from the past.

To make a lasting change to your diet, you need a balance of mind and body.

  • Anger blocks the flow of energy and causes us to stagnate in habitual behavior that we recognize as non-productive but do not know how to change.

  • Fear lowers the energy, and our strength becomes useless, we lose our footing and look for substitutes in the form of chocolate at the back of our cupboards.​

  • Worries tie up energy and make us go in circle.
