Eleven organic ingredients, dried at low temperature, assembled by hand to the sound of Mozart, Bach and tuning forks. Together they carry the 5 flavours ,so that every dish becomes a complete conversation with your body-mind.

How to use it

Add a teaspoon when you sauté your onions and let the aromas rise. Slip it into the pan when the vegetables begin to colour, just before adding the stock. Sprinkle over seasonal vegetable pasta, a gently simmering risotto, a velvety soup before serving, a warm salad still fragrant from the pan. Even in your sandwich.
