The Tortoise holds firm.
The Black Tortoise is one of the four great celestial guardians. It governs the North, winter, and the depths. Four paws firmly grounded, it moves slowly, steadily , it does not rush, it does not waver. It carries the round sky on its flat back. The earliest traces of Chinese writing were carved onto tortoise shells, to preserve them for eternity. Wisdom here is not found in speed. It is found in depth.
The Kidneys are the deep battery of your body. They carry your vital energy, your life force, your will to move forward. When they are nourished, you have endurance, groundedness, confidence. When they are depleted by overwork, cold, lack of sleep, chronic stress , everything becomes heavy. Knees weaken. The back pulls. The desire fades. This is not laziness. It is your body asking to be nourished more deeply.

What it contains
Carrot · Black sesame · Bay leaf · Caraway · Fennel seeds · Parsley · Juniper berries · Cardamom · Pepper · Dill · Cinnamon · Salt
Twelve organic ingredients, dried at low temperature, made in France. Carrot : generous and gentle forms the heart of this tea. Black sesame is the emblematic ingredient of the Kidneys: it nourishes deeply, grounds and fortifies. Juniper berries, cardamom and cinnamon gently warm the depths. Fennel and dill support digestion. A deep, aromatic cup like a wood fire at the heart of winter.
How to prepare it
Steep 3g in 200ml of hot water for 6 to 8 minutes. Drink hot, slowly. After a meal, between meals. After an effort or an exhausting meeting. At the end of the day or in the evening when the body needs to rest, recharge and return to itself.
What it is not
It is not a medicine. It is a ritual of care : plant-based, deep, rooted in a wisdom that has existed for thousands of years. Your Kidneys are grateful when spoken to with this much respect.
